How much do your services cost?

The cost of services varies based on several factors. The best way to get a quote is to fill out our contact form. We are also happy to set up a virtual meeting to be sure we understand what you need so you aren’t missing any of the services you want and that you won’t be overcharged for services you don’t need.

How does music selection work? How do we share music with you and how many of our songs will be played? Do we have to give you every song that gets played at the event?

We treat music selection as a collaborative effort. As the client, you get all of the input you could want. You can share playlists from streaming platforms with us so that we know all of your favorite songs, artists and genres. During any dancing, mingling, dinners, etc., we will use your playlists as musical direction. Our DJ’s will use the songs you shared and then mix in other songs that match the vibe and keep the energy flowing in the right direction. We will also consult your “DO NOT PLAY” List so that any songs used by our DJ’s are not songs, artists or genres that you have communicated to us that you dislike. This collaboration allows you to hear all your favorites songs while giving your DJ the freedom to read the crowd, while using their expertise and experience to keep the crowd’s energy right where you’d want it.

How does payment work? How much is the deposit? When is the balance due?

In the proposal you receive, the deposit will be 50% of the total. The deposit is non refundable and will hold your date. The balance will be due 30 days before the event.

What other services do you guys offer?

Besides Emcee, DJ, and Officiant/Kahu services, we do Silent Disco, Live Music, Sound and Lighting, Photo Booths, as well as Fire Knife performances and other Polynesian Entertainment.
