Ceremony Only Coordination - $499 (for events with up to 50 guests) This service includes:

Up to 1-hour initial planning session
60 and 30-day check-in by phone or video conference.
Direct quotes and/or referrals for most services for your wedding and reception.
We will generate a detailed timeline of your event.
We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session before your event.
We will provide up to 2 hours of on-site coordination service on the day of your event.
Additional coordination or planning service hours are available at a fixed hourly rate.

Half-Day of Coordination - $999 (for events of up to 50 guests) This service includes:

Up to 1-hour initial planning session
60-day and 30-day check-in by phone or video conference.
Direct quotes and/or referrals for most services for your wedding and reception.
We will generate a detailed timeline of your event.
We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session prior to your event.
We will provide up to 4 hours of on-site coordination service on the day of your event.
We will provide an assistant coordinator for the core time of your event for 2 hours.
Additional hours of coordination or planning services for larger events are available at a fixed hourly rate.

Full Day-of Coordination - $1999 (for events of up to 50 guests) This service includes:

Up to 1-hour initial planning session.
Dedicated online coordination folder.
Review venue and vendor contracts.
60-day and 30-day check-in by phone or video conference.
Direct quotes and/or referrals for services for your wedding and reception.
We will generate a detailed timeline of your event approximately two weeks before your event,
We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session before your event.
We will provide up to 8 hours of on-site coordination service on the day of your event.
We will provide an assistant coordinator for the core time of your event for 3-4 hours.
A floor plan design can be provided starting from an additional $150.
Additional hours of coordination or planning service are available at a fixed hourly rate.

Extended Full Day of Coordination - $2,599 (for events of up to 50 guests) This service includes:

Up to 1-hour initial planning session.
Dedicated online coordination folder.
Review venue and vendor contracts.
60-day and 30-day check-in by phone or video conference.
Direct quotes and/or referrals for services for your wedding and reception.
We will generate a detailed timeline of your event approximately two weeks before your event,
We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session before your event.
We will provide up to 20 hours of combined on-site coordinator and assistant coordinator services on the day of your event.
A floor plan design will be provided as necessary.
Additional hours of coordination or planning service are available at a fixed hourly rate.
